Michelin-starred chefs, Adam Simmonds and Robert Thompson, will be the stars of the show aboard this summer’s Celebrity Eclipse cruise around the Mediterranean. The two chefs will bring their considerable culinary talents together to offer passengers incredible menus and dining delights during the 14-night cruise sailing from Southampton on 30 August.
The two chefs have previously worked together aboard the ship – just on a much smaller scale, pairing up during the two-night ‘Taste of Modern Luxury’ cruise to Paris. The two British chefs have been brought aboard by Celebrity Cruises as they look to diversify the experiences guests can enjoy aboard the fleet.
Guests will be invited to attend demonstrations and tasting menus – enjoying the talents of two of Britain’s most respected and sought-after chefs. The accolade-laden pair bring their significant experiences to the sea – offering unique experiences for guests aboard the Eclipse.
Simmonds is the winner of the Great British Menu 2014, and Thompson is one of the UK’s youngest chefs to receive Michelin star recognition.

The 14-night cruise will call in at a number of Mediterranean destinations including Gibraltar, Rome, Nice, Genoa, Florence, Malaga and Lisbon – offering a stunning mixture of beauty, culture, sandy beaches and, of course, delicious food.
